Important Information for Your Appointment
- Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any delays.
- Weighbridge Certificate: Bring a valid certificate if the vehicle's tare/mass weight cannot be confirmed through the manufacturer's specifications or previous records.
- Cancellations/Reschedules: We require 24 hours’ notice (business days only) to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Re-Inspections:
- If your vehicle fails the inspection, all issues must be rectified before it can be re-presented.
- A re-inspection fee applies.
- When booking a re-inspection, quote your inspection reference number from your receipt.
